Beans & Brews on South Bluff

The new Beans & Brews Coffee House is located at 1216 S Bluff Street next to the Maverick. The sign is up and they are open for business. They opened in early July 2022, just days before Swig, with whom they share a parking lot.

Although they didn't have an official grand opening, they did post a low-key announcement on their Instagram. We were also very excited about their official start, and so we gave them a shout-out on our Instagram too...check it out here! They are pretty busy already, and they also have their own drive-thru... try one of their icy frappe drinks, with or without coffee, and cool off a little! They also have a cute selection of branded tumblers and insulated cups!
