Starting One Parade Home, Celebrating Another

As we officially break ground on our 2026 Parade of Homes build at The Ledges, we’re also taking a moment to look back at a project we’re incredibly proud of: Our 2025 Parade home, which debuted this past February.

We officially broke ground in May of 2025, pouring the footings and starting in our long and industrious yearly parade home journey. With more lots being developed to choose from, this year we have chosen a prime location with views of Snow Canyon that won't disappoint! Sitting atop a slight hill at the end of the street, this corner lot looks over The Ledges Golf Course fairway, with a stunning Snow Canyon State Park backdrop painted in pinks, oranges, reds, and browns, casting purplish shadows at different times of day. It really is a spectacle to behold at any hour!

The bold design, refined craftsmanship, and a strong connection to the red rock landscape that makes Southern Utah feel like home are only a few things that are unique to the 2025 St. George Parade Home in The Ledges, aptly named "The Albatross."
