Uinta Golf Tenant Improvement

Uinta Golf patrons have long awaited this buildout in Pineview Plaza. With their original store just down the walk, we were asked more than a few times when the new and improved store was slated to open, which finished up in early November 2023.

Previously Raw Fitness gym, this space was the perfect upgrade for more products and golf bays as soon as it was available. Work started in late June, and the 6552 Sq. Ft. space was completely gutted and cleaned out. Then, the sign went up and building commenced. By August, new walls and partitions went up and were drywalled, and then patched and painted. The floor went down throughout September, and by October, associates were moving all the contents of their old store down into the new shop, in addition to the extra inventory that was ordered for the opening.

All in all, construction on this project went pretty smoothly, and quickly as well. With two state-of-the-art golf bays created and a large pristine putting green made, we highly recommend checking out their newly-built space, in suite 308 at Pineview Plaza, just west of their original spot.
